Dobos Tímea (registered office: 8248 Nemesvámos, Kossuth Lajos utca 279., Tax number:59884059-1-39) as the Data Controller, shall act on the basis of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy and Notice in all processing of data of natural persons ("data subject, user, customer") in connection with the services provided by the website http:// www.junoshop.hu operated by it.

This policy sets out rules on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of personal data. It applies to specific data processing activities and to the issuing of instructions and notices governing data processing.

The organisation does not employ a dedicated Data Protection Officer.

Scope of the Rules

These rules are valid until revoked.

Purpose of the Rules

The purpose of this Policy is to harmonise the requirements of the other internal rules of the organisation with regard to data management activities in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and to ensure the adequate processing of personal data.

The organisation aims to comply fully with the legal requirements for the processing of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

A further important purpose of issuing the Code is to ensure that by knowing and complying with it, employees of the organisation are able to handle the data of natural persons lawfully.

Key concepts, definitions

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) the European Union's Data Protection Regulation
  • data controller: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of the processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for the controller's designation may also be determined by Union or Member State law;
  • data management: any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
  • data processor: a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
  • personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person;
  • third party: a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor or the persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data;
  • consent of the data subject: a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she signifies, by a statement or by an act expressing his or her unambiguous consent, that he or she gives his or her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;
  • restriction of processing: the identification of stored personal data in order to limit their future processing;
  • data deletion: rendering data unrecognisable in such a way that it is no longer possible to recover it;
  • pseudonymisation: the processing of personal data in such a way that it is no longer possible to identify the natural person to whom the personal data relates without further information, provided that such further information is kept separately and technical and organisational measures are taken to ensure that no association with an identified or identifiable natural person takes place;
  • registration system: a set of personal data structured in any way, whether centralised, decentralised, or structured according to functional or geographical criteria, and accessible on the basis of specific criteria;
  • data breaches: a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;

Guidelines for data management

The controller shall endeavour to process personal data lawfully and fairly and in a transparent manner for the data subject. Personal data shall be processed in compliance with the following legislation:

  • REGULATION (EU) No 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  • Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
  • Act LXVI of 1995 on public records, public archives and the protection of private archival material.
  • Government Decree No 335/2005 (XII. 29.) on the general requirements for document management by public bodies.
  • Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services.
  • Act C of 2003 on electronic communications.

Principles of data processing

The processing of data is based on the voluntary and duly informed declaration of the users of the Internet content on the website, which includes the express consent of the user to the use of their personal data provided during the use of the site. The legal basis for the processing is the voluntary consent of the data subject.

The purpose of data processing is to fulfil the user's request, send an offer, answer a question. The personal data are stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects only for the necessary period of time.

Personal data will be treated in strict confidence.

Data on visitors to the website

The software of the data controller registers the IP address of users for statistical purposes when they visit the operated websites, but it cannot link the IP address to a person.

The code of the websites operated by the controller may contain independent links from and to external servers for the purposes of web analytics measurements. The web analytics provider does not process personal data, only browsing-related data that cannot be used to identify individuals. Currently, the web analytics services are provided by Google Inc. ( 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043) as part of the Google Analytics service.

The use of cookies can be deleted from the user's own computer or can be prevented by default in the user's browser.

Information and rights of the data subject

The user may request information about the processing of personal data, request their modification, and, with the exception of data processing required by law, request the deletion of their data at any of the contact details of the data controller. The data controller shall provide the information free of charge in writing in an intelligible form within the shortest possible time from the date of the request, but not later than 30 days.

The controller shall notify the data subject and all those to whom the data were previously transmitted for processing of the modification or deletion of personal data.

The user may object to the processing of his or her personal data if the processing of the personal data is necessary solely for the purposes of the exercise of the rights or legitimate interests pursued by the controller or the recipient of the data, unless the processing is required by law, the use or disclosure of the personal data is for direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research purposes, or the exercise of the right to object is permitted by law.

The data controller shall examine the objection - with the simultaneous suspension of processing - within the shortest possible period of time from the submission of the request, but not later than 15 days, and inform the applicant in writing of the outcome. If the objection is justified, the controller shall be obliged to terminate the processing, including further recording and transmission, and to block the data, and to notify the objection and the action taken on the basis of the objection to all those to whom the personal data concerned by the objection have been previously disclosed and who are obliged to take measures to enforce the right to object.
